Shipping Policy
Please be sure your shipping address is correct and verified during checkout. We cannot provide refunds for incorrect shipping addresses. All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Orders within the U.S. will ship free over $125. At this time, we do not provide international shipping.
We currently ship via USPS, at a $7.95 flat rate. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We ask that you file a claim with USPS directly in this instance.
Return & Exchange Policy
Each of our needlepoint items are created and packed with care, and we hope you’ll love them as much as we do! Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
